This drawing was very good practice for me. I have NEVER drawn a pose quite like that before.
The ogre you see was partly inspired by the one from Shadow Hearts II--at least, that's where the spike comes from (which I believe is what Japanese ogres commonly have).

the hands are backwards...
if you try to put your hands like that you can't make this pose...
either that or the arms need to be bent differently... but this isn't physically possible
maybe try to make a pose and look in the mirror first to see if the anatomy would work?
as for the concept, I like it very much ^^ Ogres should have horns on their heads and strangely colored hair
